Return and Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange products within 2 days of receiving your order. Please review the terms and conditions below before initiating a return or exchange request:

  1. Eligible Products: Only products that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with the original return label still attached are eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Purchase Channels: Returns and exchanges apply to products purchased via the Taqeeya website, offline store, events, or WhatsApp.
  3. Sale and Discounted Items: Products on sale or marked down are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  4. Exchange Conditions:
    • Products can be exchanged for the exact same item, another item of equal value, or an item with a higher or lower price.
    • For exchanges involving a lower-priced product, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
  5. Evidence Requirement: We do not process complaints without supporting evidence. Please record a clear unboxing video and take photos before opening your package to assist in processing your return or exchange request.
  6. One-Time Exchange: Each product can only be exchanged once.

How to Return or Exchange:

If your product meets the return or exchange conditions, please reach out to the staff who handled your order.

Choose the solution that works best for you — whether that be a return/refund or exchange.

You will receive a summary of your return, detailing the solution for each returned product.

Once your product arrives at our office, our team will verify whether it meets the return criteria.

For exchanges, a new order will be created for your requested product, and our warehouse team will process it accordingly.
